"Bastion reckoned that L'Hirondelle and her team wouldn't make it through the night. We had to advance quick and steady."

—Cole Wright

Choke Point is the second mission of the three in Campaign 2.

Summary[]

The allied forces try their best to sneak into enemy territory, using the German van they stole in Quick Steal. Cole, sniper in hand, senses that their plan will go awry, and tells James Gann to follow him in case their squad needed some cover. The two men break free from the squad, and wait on a hill nearby. James tells the squad to keep quiet, and that they'll try and sneak through. Upon arriving to the enemy outpost, their bluff is called, and they are immediately fired upon by German soldiers.

David Carter, who had been one of the soldiers on the truck itself, bluntly states, "So much for that option."

James and Cole work well together, sniping any enemy targets posing a threat to their squad. A nearby tank is readying itself to attack the ground squad, but, is conveniently placed by explosive barrels. Cole shoots the barrel, taking out both the tank, and a few enemies.

As the fight begins looking up, an extremely heavy wave of enemies begin to appear. Even though the squad is trying their best, the enemy forces are making it near impossible to take them all out. David looks up into the sky, and sees enemy planes: he informs the squad that there is an incoming bombardment, and to move out of harm's way. Cole and James, now exposed from the safety on the hill, narrowly miss the bombardment, sustaining minor injuries in the process.

James looks up, and notices the AA guns attacking their forces in the sky. He tells Cole to blow up the AA's to help them out. David Carter agrees, but tells Cole to make it quick. After taking out the AA guns, another problem makes it way prominent: paratroopers.

David hands Cole a Chornaya Molniya, an experimental sniper rifle, and tells him to finish the job. Cole, now armed with the deadly weapon, takes out the enemy soldiers easily.

Once their mission is nearly over, the brothers regroup. James, out of breath, comments about how it was one hell of a breakthrough. They advance further into enemy territory, and fight violently, even going as far as to using a bazooka against smaller forces. The tired soldiers are eventually assisted by a much-needed airstrike that takes out the remainder of Nazis, and the mission comes to an end.
