Sheep squad is one of the Easter Egg which you can find in Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway. It only appears in the 4th chapter (Operation Market).

It's friendly squad of sheeps which can be controlled by commands and they can attack enemies by blowing them with explosion like grenades.
