Sergeant Saunderson is originally Squad Leader for 3rd Squad until an accident during training, because of that, Platoon Sergeant Greg "Mac" Hassay pick Corporal Matt Baker to take over & was promoted to Sergeant, although Baker didn't want to replace him, Mac picked him anyway.
